FOOD FORWARD…

Tailored Menus Cooked On-Site

Unforgettable Food Made with Passion

Our roots are steeped in Southern culture; Paul Prud’Homme, Memphis Blues and warm embracing hospitality. Over the years we’ve taken the gaucho style from South America, classic harmonizing flavors from the Mediterranean and uniquely delicious influence from Arabic and Berber culture via Jerusalem, to present a modern and diverse approach to event catering, sharing the best bits from our culinary journey.

Cooking. With Style.

  • We Bring the Theatre

Using all of our own equipment we prepare, cook and finish the food on site with our signature approach to event catering. With blue smoke and the crackle of flames in the air, your guests will know their meal has been freshly prepared for them in situ.

  • Where Others Fear to Tread

As veterans in the space, our experience has been hard forged in outdoor event catering. We know how to bring amazing food using unique cooking styles to large groups of people in a refined way, wherever the venue.

  • It's All About Flavor

Whether it’s hot or cold smoked, seared on charcoal, blistered in the embers or baked in salt, there’s a reason these primitive methods have stood the test of time. They produce the greatest tapestry of flavor for us to weave magic into every bite.
